That’s why every product is backed by a 3-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing and material-related defects.
We stand behind every piece we make.
3-Year Warranty Coverage
Your OVLIGHT product is protected for 3 years from the date of delivery.
We will provide a free repair or replacement if any of the following occur:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural or material failure under normal use
- Electrical component malfunction (LED module, wiring, base connection)
Warranty Start Date
Your warranty begins on the date your order is delivered.
All warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
To keep our warranty fair and sustainable, it does not cover:
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, improper handling)
- Misuse or unauthorized modification
- Wear and tear from abnormal conditions
- Damage caused by water exposure or external force
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved:
- We may first offer repair or part replacement
- If needed, a full replacement unit will be provided
- In rare cases, return of the original item may be required

If something goes wrong, we will always try to find a fair solution — repair, replacement parts, or assistance whenever possible.
