OVLIGHT Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident about your order.
If your OVLIGHT lamp is not the right fit for your space, we offer a simple 30-day return process.


30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused or gently handled
  • in its original condition
  • returned with original packaging and accessories when possible

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item you would like to return
  • the reason for your return
  • photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.


Exchanges

If you would like a different color, style, or model, please contact us first.

The fastest way is usually to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because some OVLIGHT products are made or prepared shortly after purchase, order changes may only be possible within a short time after the order is placed.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.


What Is Not Covered

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • items modified or repaired without authorization
  • products returned after the 30-day window
  • custom or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
